What is the vg/pg ratio of the juice?
All of the e-juice The Cloud Chemist offers are 70/30.

Do you offer higher nicotine levels?
Yes, we offer 12mg and 18mg in 50/50

Can I have a coupon code?
We offer coupon codes on most major holidays, the codes can be found on our Instagram or other social media as well as home page banner.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
There could be a few different reasons your order may not have shipped:

  • We may be out of stock of the product you have ordered, and will be able to fulfill your order as soon as the product is available.

 

  • Your order was placed after 12pm, orders placed after noon may not get fulfilled and picked up by the post office in time to get shipped out and, will go out the next business day.

 

  • Your order was placed on the weekend, during a trade show, or a no mail holiday, and will go out for shipment on the next business day.


How long will it take to get my order?
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail, your order will take 1-3 days to arrive.

I live close by can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we can not offer pickups at our warehouse location.

Is there a shop near me that carries The Cloud Chemist?
There might be! Please feel free to give us a call or email and we can find out.
If there is no shop in your area that carries The Cloud Chemist, we would be happy to reach out to your home shop.

Can I have samples of your juice?
Unfortunately we can only offer samples to shops and distributors. If you are interested in trying our juice please ask your home shop to contact us!

I put the wrong address/nicotine/flavor what should I do?
Send us an email to thecloudchemistvapes@gmail.com as soon as you notice the error. Please include your name, order number, and the error you would like to correct.

Do you offer sponsorship or ambassador positions?

There is an issue with my order, what do I do?
